Healey Boat Christening at the Homoneks

Please join us for an introduction to our Healey boat on May 4, 2024..

May 4^th is also quattro de mayo (the day before cinco de mayo)…so we plan to have a Taco Bar catered for our lunch.  An Evite will go out later for a RSVP head count.  The cost per head for the lunch is $10 covering the food and drinks.

Our gathering will feature our new addition to our Healey collection, a 1959 Healey Marine 75 Sports Boat.  We imported her from Great Britian last year from a collector who had been restoring her for the last 15 years….and without a trial run in water.  Needless to say, she needed attention and tweaking after our inaugural launch but is sound now.

She now stays on the lift in our dock, ready for cruises around our small lake.

Make plans to come by to hear her story and see a bit of Donald Healey history. We plan to take out both of our boats for boat rides too! (it won’t be a “three-hour tour”)
